White-label dealer portal for tiered channels
Your dealer network, priced in tiers.
You set what Tier 1 pays. Tier 1 sets what Tier 2 pays. Quotes, payments, recurring billing and vendor orders run through one portal with your name on the door, not ours.
Price ladder · example
Drag the sliders. In the portal, each level only ever sees its own buy price and the price it sets below it.
Why this exists
Generic portals break at the second tier.
Client-portal builders and storefront plugins handle one buyer and one price list. Channel programs have distributors who recruit their own dealers, set their own pricing, and expect you to bill them on schedule. That is where the spreadsheets come back.
Price sheets live in email
Every tier change means a new PDF, a new spreadsheet version, and a dealer quoting off last quarter's numbers.
Sub-dealers are invisible
Your distributors sign up dealers you never see. You can't approve them, support them, or protect the brand they're selling.
Recurring revenue is reconciled by hand
Service plans, data lines and maintenance contracts renew on different days. Someone matches payments to accounts every month.
How tiers work
Each level controls the level below it.
Permissions follow the money. Nobody sees a price above their own, and every account rolls up to you. Shown here with two tiers, but the ladder goes six levels deep or more if your channel needs it.

Dealers build quotes at their own tier price and set the price for their customer. Margin updates as they type.
Platform
Everything between your catalog and a paid order.
One shared core, maintained by us. A layer on top for your brand, your product model, and the vendor you fulfill through.
Tier pricing engine
Named price levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum, whatever you call them) with markups per tier, per product family, or per SKU. Change a level once and every dealer below it reprices.
Cost → T1 → T2 → MSRP · visibility scoped per level
Quote to payment
Dealers build a quote, send a branded link, and the customer pays it. Card and ACH run through a merchant account we set up with you, at competitive rates disclosed before you sign. Tiered is compensated by the processor. Cards are vaulted, so repeat charges don't need card numbers re-entered.
Tokenized cards · ACH · resale-certificate tax handling
Recurring billing
Each line bills on its own activation anniversary. Dunning windows follow your dealer agreement.
Anniversary billing · configurable cutoff
Vendor handoff
Paid orders flow to your supplier's order system through an adapter, with a human approval step before anything is submitted.
API or form adapters · approval gate
Dealer onboarding
Applications, agreements and approvals handled in the portal. Tier 1 approves Tier 2; you approve Tier 1.
Role-based access · multi-user accounts
Your brand, your domain
Your logo, colors and URL on every screen, email and quote. Your dealers never see the word Tiered.
portal.yourbrand.com · branded transactional email
Modules per industry
A connectivity network needs data-plan tracking. A lighting brand needs spec sheets and hidden public pricing. Turn on the modules your vertical uses and leave the rest off.
Shared core · per-client layer · no forked codebase
Integrations
Keep your books, contracts and CRM where they are.
Tiered fits into the systems you already run. We connect your accounting, e-signature, CRM and supplier tools during setup, so an approved dealer or a paid order shows up everywhere it needs to without anyone retyping it.
Not on the list? If your system takes an API call, a webhook, a file drop or an email, we can connect to it.
WhenA distributor applies
- DocuSign sends the dealer agreement
- HubSpot logs the account and owner
WhenThe agreement is signed
- Portal login and price level are issued
- QuickBooks creates the customer record
WhenA dealer pays a quote
- QuickBooks gets the invoice and payment
- Your team gets an approval request in Slack
WhenThe order is approved
- Your supplier receives the order
- Tracking flows back to the dealer
WhenA renewal comes due
- The card or ACH on file is charged
- Failed payments start your dunning schedule
Custom where it matters
Your brand, your price levels, your vendor and your back-office tools are configured for you. That's the part a custom build would have given you.
Shared where it doesn't
Logins, permissions, payments and billing run on a core that's already in production. You don't pay to rebuild them, and you get every fix and improvement.
No orphaned code
Custom portals stall when the developer moves on. Tiered is a maintained product, so integrations get updated when QuickBooks or DocuSign change their APIs.
Industries
Built for products sold through installers.
If your product gets specified, quoted, installed and then serviced by someone who isn't you, the tier model fits. Not on the list? We do custom builds around your industry's workflows, catalog and compliance rules.
Connectivity
Failover routers and data plans with recurring line billing and carrier order handoff.
Architectural lighting
Spec-grade fixtures sold to AV and automation integrators, with pricing kept off the public site.
Security & low-voltage
Cameras, access control and monitoring plans sold through integrators.
Energy & solar
Equipment and service agreements sold through regional installers.
Commercial equipment
Hardware plus maintenance contracts through dealer networks.

FAQ
Questions distributors ask first.
How many tiers can I have?
As many as your channel needs. Most brands run two or three, but the portal supports at least six levels deep, such as master distributor, regional distributor, sub-distributor, dealer, installer and end customer.
Can you customize Tiered for my industry?
Yes. We do custom builds for specific industries, including custom fields, product configurators, compliance documents, approval flows and integrations with the systems you already use.
Do my dealers know they're on Tiered?
No. Every screen, email and quote carries your brand and runs on your domain.
Can my Tier 1 distributors see my cost?
No. Each level sees only the price it buys at and the price it sets for the level below. You see the full ladder.
Who owns the dealer and customer data?
You do. Your portal runs as its own isolated instance, and you can export your accounts, orders and billing history at any time.
Do you work with my competitors?
We don't build portals for a direct competitor of an existing client in the same product category. Ask us about exclusivity in your vertical.
What if my supplier doesn't have an API?
We build adapters to whatever the supplier accepts, including order forms and ticketing systems. Every outbound order passes an approval step you control.
We already run QuickBooks, DocuSign and a CRM. Do we have to switch?
No. Tiered sends invoices, payments, agreements and account records into the tools you already use. Your accountant keeps working in QuickBooks and your sales team keeps working in their CRM.
Why not just have a developer build us a portal?
You can, and you'll pay to build logins, permissions, tier pricing, payments and recurring billing from scratch, then pay again to maintain them. With Tiered those pieces already run in production, and the setup work goes into the parts specific to you: brand, pricing, vendor and integrations.
Can I bring my existing dealers over?
Yes. Send us your current dealer list and price levels and we load them during setup, so your distributors log in with pricing already assigned.
What's included in the setup fee?
Mapping your tiers and price levels, branding, loading your catalog, setting up card and ACH, connecting your supplier, and onboarding your first Tier 1 distributors. We quote it from your price sheet before you sign.
Is there a contract?
The platform fee runs on a 12-month term. If you leave, we export your dealers, orders and billing history in standard formats within 30 days.
Do prices go up as we add dealers?
No. Plans are priced by tiers, integrations and support level. Adding dealers never changes your bill.
